Delete your account

You can delete your Protein Plate account and the personal data attached to it at any time. Two ways to do it — and you do not need the app for the second.

In the app

  1. Open Protein Plate and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  3. Read what will be removed, wait for the five-second confirmation, and confirm.

Your data is removed from our database straight away.

By email, without the app

Email us from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm and action it within 30 days.

Deleted permanently

  • Your name, email and phone number
  • Every saved address, and its map coordinates
  • Notification preferences and token
  • Your sign-in — the account stops existing

Kept by the kitchen

  • Records of orders you have already placed
  • Required for tax and accounting
  • Visible to our staff, no longer visible to you
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It does not cancel an order that is already on its way — contact us if you need to do that.
