We are a cloud kitchen in Jodhpur. We collect what we need to cook your food and get it to your door, and nothing else. Here is exactly what that means.

1. What we collect

Your name, contact phone number, and email — to identify your account, send order status alerts, and coordinate delivery.
Delivery addresses — the address line and pin coordinates you specify, used to calculate accurate delivery distance and delivery fees.
Your device location — strictly optional, used only while picking your delivery address to centre the map and auto-detect your location.
Order & subscription records — meal choices, customizations, timestamps, scheduled dates, and kitchen notes.

What we never collect or store

Your card, bank, or UPI PIN credentials. Online payments are made directly to the shop’s UPI ID from your own banking/UPI application. We never see or store your private payment instruments. What we record is simply the paid amount, reference ID (UTR), and the order it settles.
Cross-app tracking or advertising identifiers. We do not sell or monetize personal customer profiles.

2. How we use your data

We use your information strictly to fulfill fresh food deliveries, send operational order updates via SMS, WhatsApp or mobile push notifications, manage meal plan schedules, and improve our high-protein menu.

3. Data sharing & security

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your delivery details reach only:

Designated delivery personnel — your name, phone number, and delivery address to complete handover.
Google Firebase — our secured database, authentication, and cloud infrastructure provider.

4. Data retention & account deletion

Your profile and saved addresses exist only as long as your account remains active. You can delete your account at any time directly through the app / website settings, or via our public deletion page.

Deleted immediately: your name, phone number, email, saved addresses, notification tokens, and authentication session. Kept: historical order invoices required for accounting and tax records.
