Welcome to Protein Plate. By placing an order, subscribing to a meal plan, or using our website and mobile applications, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Scope & Operations

Protein Plate operates as a high-protein cloud kitchen located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Food preparation and deliveries are subject to active kitchen operating hours, daily kitchen capacity, and defined serviceable delivery radius.

2. Nutritional & Allergen Disclaimer

Estimated Calculations: All nutritional macros (Calories, Protein, Carbs, Fats) listed on our menu and meal plans are calculated as estimated averages per serving.

Allergen Notice: While we uphold strict hygiene, cross-contamination prevention, and fresh food preparation standards, our kitchen handles dairy, nuts, seeds, and soy. Customers with severe medical dietary restrictions or allergies order at their own discretion.

3. Pricing, Payments & Modifications

Prices for individual dishes and subscriptions are subject to change without prior notice based on seasonal market rates.
Active subscription packages remain fixed at the purchased rate throughout their active billing cycle.
Payments made via UPI or Cash on Delivery (COD) are billed directly in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Ordering & Delivery Terms

Delivery time estimates provided during checkout are based on kitchen preparation load and transit distance.
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, landmark, and reachable contact number. Delays caused by incorrect location pins or unreachable phone numbers are not the responsibility of the kitchen.
Delivery fees are calculated based on transparent road distance slabs or designated delivery zones.
